This is the plan for setting up the agent team in your Claude account. Neither studio is built yet. Everything below shows how it will work once it is.
Skills Do the Jobs
A skill is the step-by-step recipe for one job. Lisa publishes each one once, and it's there for the whole team.
Two Shared Projects
LHS Podcast Studio for the podcast side. Growth Studio for Mandi and Lisa. Each one knows the team, the rules and the shared files.
You Say Hi
A menu comes up. Pick a number or say what you need. You get a package to check and post yourself.
What Each Person Does Next
None of these needs the studio to be built. Reply to Max at bernsmp@gmail.com with anything below.
Hayley
Answer the four checks by replying to Max's October 30 email, "Episode card: 4 quick checks."
Do titles still end with "| Love | E571" in Megaphone, or drop it?
The article link plus a plain growingself.com address at the end, or one link only?
No sign-off at the end of the description. Right?
Your example runs about 150 words, and the rule says 300 to 500. Which one wins?
Share Content Production Command Center. Open the project, click Share, add bernsmp@gmail.com and pick "Can view."
Send the titles Lisa approved and the ones she turned down, as far as you have them. Skip any you've already sent.
Read the draft file list below, and reply with anything to move.
Lisa
Read the draft instructions below, and reply with changes. You're approving the team names, the menu, and the rules every job follows.
Check seats. In Organization settings, click Members, and tell Max whether Hayley, India and Mandi are each listed.
Do the title test when Max sends the link. It's 10 past episodes with 3 titles each, so 30 yes or no marks, each with a reason.
Decide who signs off on titles and descriptions once the test is done.
Bring the current tuition, dates, deposit and enrollment link from wherever you keep them, so Wrap Star has the right facts.
Pick Kajabi or Gmail for sending recaps.
Pull two or three real recaps you've sent, from Cersei or wherever they're easiest to reach, so Wrap Star can match how they've really been written.
India
Give Max access to YouTube Studio, so Ewe-Tube can be tested on real uploads. Go to Settings, then Permissions, then Invite. Add bernsmp@gmail.com as a Viewer on the @DrLisaMarieBobby channel. If you don't see Permissions, ask whoever manages the channel to do it.
That's all for now. When it's ready, you'll give it the edited video's transcript and one line of details. The questions below cover where to find them.
What You'll See
These are simplified drawings of Claude, made to show where things will live. Your real screens will look a little different.

Check It, Post It
The agent asks for what it needs, usually the transcript, then runs its skill. You get a package to check and paste where it goes. It ends by naming who's up next. It doesn't start the next job until you ask.

Lisa
Publishes each skill once it passes her review. Each one is an upload of one file, which Max sends her. In Organization settings, go to Plugins & skills, click Add, then Upload a skill.

Questions You'll Probably Have
Facts about Claude come from Claude's Help Center, linked in each answer. They were read on October 31, 2026, and Claude's screens change often.
How It's Built
Is each agent a skill?
Eight of the eleven are. The name is the friendly label, and the skill is the actual recipe.
Agent
What it is
Eddie, Preppy, Antie, Blog Marley, Ewe-Tube, Lettie, Wrap Star, Paige
One skill each, built and tested. Only Eddie's first version is published
Thank Sinatra
Not built. It becomes a skill if Hayley wants it
Rocket the Raccoon
Not built. Planned as a scheduled task that runs on its own
Lead Zeppelin
Nothing yet. It depends on Mandi's lead magnets meeting
What's the difference between a skill and a project?
A skill is how to do one job, and it works anywhere in your Claude. A project is a shared workspace with its own instructions, files and chats. The studio adds the menu, the shared files and the rules every job follows.
Why two projects and not one for each show?
One project per show would bring back the tab-switching this is meant to end. The podcast jobs and the shared files are the same for LHS and LHSFT, so the studio asks which show when it isn't clear. Growth Studio is separate because the certification, the new site and lead magnets use different files.
Will I see the characters inside Claude?
No. Claude shows their names in the text, like "Eddie here." The artwork lives on this site and can be used as page icons and covers in your Notion.
Can we change an agent's name?
Yes. The names are in the project instructions and not in the skills, so a rename is a quick edit and no skill needs republishing.
Using It Day to Day
Do I have to remember commands?
No. Say hi and pick a number, or write what you need in plain words. Short commands like "card E571" work too if you end up preferring them.
Should I start a new chat for each job?
Use one chat per episode, so each agent can see the transcript and Eddie's card. If a chat gets long, start a new one and paste in the card. Don't count on one chat remembering another. Anything that needs to carry over belongs in the project files.
Can two of us use it at the same time?
Yes. Each person has their own chats. Usage limits are per person, so one person hitting a limit doesn't affect anyone else.
Does it post anything by itself?
No. Every job ends with a package and the line "Nothing was published or sent." You paste it into Megaphone, Airtable, YouTube Studio or wherever it goes, the same way you do today.
How does the next person get my work, if chats are private?
Nothing passes through Claude by itself. Whoever runs a job copies the package to the next person, in the places you already use. So Hayley sends India the keyword file from her episode card, and Hannah gets her social set the same way she gets work today. Where episodes are tracked, Monday or Notion, is still Hayley's call.
India, what do I give Ewe-Tube?
The edited video's transcript with timestamps. In YouTube Studio, go to Subtitles, open the auto-generated English track and download it. The editor's export works too.
One line with the guest's name or "solo," the video's length, and anything different from usual.
Hayley's keyword file, if she ran the card. It's optional.
Mandi, what do I give Wrap Star?
The session notes, Lisa's voice memo or a transcript. Any of them works.
The attendee list if you have one, with only their name, license and state, and what they came for. Leave out anything else.
The session date, if the notes don't show it.
Lisa still has to say whether a session transcript may be used, because the session page says it isn't recorded. Until she does, use notes or her voice memo. Program facts and links come from files inside the skill, so that's why tuition, dates and the enrollment link are needed once, up front.
Does Hannah, Mat or Juven need to use it?
Not to start. They get the finished package from whoever runs the job, in the place they already work. India runs her own YouTube job, so she'll use the studio directly.
How does it know LHS from LHSFT?
You say so, or it asks. It won't guess, because the two shows have different audiences, keywords and rules.
Does Ewe-Tube work for LHSFT videos?
Not yet. It's written for the LHS channel, and it would point LHSFT viewers to the wrong next step. Max adds an LHSFT version before India uses it for those.
Does it work on my phone?
Plan on a computer, in a browser or the Claude desktop app. The phone app hasn't been tested with these skills.
Where does Mandi go?
Growth Studio, once it's built after her lead magnets meeting. Until then, the recap and page brief skills can run in an ordinary chat once Lisa publishes them.
How would Rocket run on its own?
Claude has scheduled tasks that run in the cloud with no computer on, and a project can hold its own. Rocket also needs a way to read each number source. Only Semrush is connected so far. Whether this is on for your account hasn't been checked, so it's still a plan.
Your Existing Projects
What happens to Hayley's projects?
Nothing. Her projects stay exactly as they are and keep working while the studio is tested. When she's happy with the studio, she archives them herself, one at a time. Archiving keeps everything, and a project can be unarchived.
Do my old chats move over?
No. They stay in the old projects, where you can still read them.
Are the rules Hayley added to her projects kept?
That's the goal, and it's why her live projects were copied and read. Eddie has been rebuilt to her current title and description standard, and four details are waiting on her answers. Her project instructions set the standard for each job, so each skill gets compared with them before it goes live. Content Production Command Center still has to be shared before Blog Marley and Ewe-Tube can be compared.
Which files move into the studio?
A shorter list than you have now, with duplicates removed. Hayley confirms it before anything is uploaded. Right now one project holds three copies of the same keyword sheet. The draft list is in the instructions section below.
Does Anthropic train its models on what we put in?
Not by default on a commercial plan like Team. The thumbs up and down buttons are the exception. Using one sends that whole conversation to Anthropic as feedback, stored for up to 5 years, and it may be used for training. So skip those buttons, and tell Max what went wrong instead. An owner can turn them off under Organization settings, then Data and privacy, using the "Rate chats" setting.
Can client information go in here?
No. These studios are for podcast and marketing work only. Client or patient information stays out of them, and the instructions tell Claude to stop if someone pastes any. Whether your Claude plan is set up for health information hasn't been checked, so treat it as not.
When Something Goes Wrong
What if the output is wrong?
Tell it in the chat and it will fix that draft. If it makes the same mistake twice, tell Max, so the skill itself gets fixed and the mistake doesn't come back.
What if the skill doesn't show up or won't run?
Go to Customize, then Skills, and check that it's switched on under Organization skills. If it isn't listed, open the Your organization tab and install it. If it's on and still failing, the studio will name the skill and stop instead of guessing. Send that to Max.
What if someone changes the instructions by accident?
Only Hayley and Lisa can edit them. The approved copy is kept outside Claude, so it can be pasted back in.
Who updates a skill when a rule changes?
Tell Max what changed. Max updates and tests the skill, then Lisa uploads the new version in Organization settings, and everyone has it.
What happens if Max isn't involved anymore?
Everything stays in your account. Lisa publishes the skills, Hayley creates the project, and the instructions are plain text anyone with edit access can change.
Time and Cost
Does this cost more?
Projects, skills and sharing are part of your Team plan. Each person who runs a job needs their own seat. Semrush needs a plan that includes its connector. If someone reaches their limit, an owner can choose to buy usage credits. Long transcripts use more of a person's allowance, and Settings, then Usage, shows where each person stands.
Lisa, what exactly am I approving?
Now, the team names, the menu and the rules in the draft instructions.
Before each skill goes live, its real output, marked yes or no with a reason. Only you mark what sounds like you.
Later, who signs off on titles and descriptions after the test. That's still your decision.
How much of Lisa's time does this take?
Her time goes to three things.
The title test, marking 10 past episodes yes or no, with a reason.
Reviewing each skill's work before it goes live.
Uploading each approved skill, which takes a few minutes.
How much of Hayley's time does this take?
Setting up the project on a call with Max, answering the four Episode Card checks, sharing the last project, and running one real episode start to finish.
What order does this happen in?
Hayley answers the Episode Card checks, and Lisa uploads the new version.
Lisa does the title test.
Hayley and Max create the studio.
Max tests it from a team member's seat.
Hayley runs one real episode.
The other skills go live one at a time, as each passes Lisa's review.
Growth Studio follows Mandi's lead magnets meeting.
The Draft Instructions
This is what would be pasted into the LHS Podcast Studio. It's a draft for Hayley and Lisa to mark up. It's short because the rules for each job live in that job's skill.
LHS Podcast Studio instructions, draft
# Who You Are
You are the LHS Podcast Studio, the production team for Love, Happiness and Success (LHS) and LHS for Therapists (LHSFT), Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby's two podcasts at Growing Self.
You prepare work. You never publish, send or post anything. A person checks each package and posts it by hand.
Be warm, brief and practical. Give the result first and the explanation after it.
# The Team
Each job belongs to one team member, and each team member runs one skill. Always run the skill. Never do a job from memory or from these instructions alone.
- Preppy Longstocking runs guest-prep-doc
- En-Titled Eddie runs episode-title-description
- Antie Social runs episode-social-set
- Blog Marley runs episode-blog-brief
- Ewe-Tube runs youtube-title-description
- Lettie Rip runs weekly-newsletter
Ewe-Tube covers LHS videos only for now. If someone asks for an LHSFT video, say that isn't set up yet.
Thank Sinatra (thank-yous) and Rocket the Raccoon (Monday numbers) are not set up yet. If someone asks for them, say so in one line and offer the menu.
If a skill will not open, name it and stop. Say: "I can't open that skill. Check Customize, then Skills, and make sure it is switched on. If it is on, tell Max." Never write a substitute.
# The Greeting
If the first message of a chat gives a menu number or asks for one of the jobs, skip the menu and start that job. If it is a greeting, or it doesn't point to any job, reply with this menu, word for word, then stop and wait.
Hi. Your podcast team is in. What are we working on?
1. Prep a guest (Preppy Longstocking)
2. Titles and description (En-Titled Eddie)
3. Social set for Hannah (Antie Social)
4. Blog brief for Mat (Blog Marley)
5. YouTube sheet for India (Ewe-Tube, LHS only)
6. This week's newsletter (Lettie Rip)
7. Thank-you and guest follow-up (Thank Sinatra, not set up yet)
8. How did last week do? (Rocket, not set up yet)
Type a number, or just say what you need.
# Starting a Job
Numbers, short commands and plain requests all work.
- 1, or "prep [guest]" goes to Preppy Longstocking
- 2, or "card [episode]" goes to En-Titled Eddie
- 3, or "social [episode]" goes to Antie Social
- 4, or "blog [episode]" goes to Blog Marley
- 5, or "youtube [video]" goes to Ewe-Tube
- 6, or "newsletter [show]" goes to Lettie Rip
For a plain request, pick the closest job and say who is taking it in one line, for example "Eddie here. I'll start the episode card." Then run the skill.
Ask only for what the skill needs and is missing, in one message. If the show is not clear, ask: "LHS or LHSFT?" Never guess the show, because the two have different audiences, keywords and rules.
If a request does not fit any job, say so in one line and offer the menu.
# Ending a Job
End every job the same way.
1. The paste-ready package.
2. The checks the skill ran, and anything it could not confirm.
3. This exact line: "Nothing was published or sent."
4. One line handing off by name, for example "That's my part. Antie Social is up next for Hannah's social set."
The usual order is Preppy Longstocking before recording, then En-Titled Eddie after Mark's final edit. Antie Social, Blog Marley and Ewe-Tube follow Eddie's card, and Lettie Rip runs once a week. Hand off to the next job that applies, and never start it without being asked.
# Which Source Wins
When two sources disagree, use this order and name the conflict in one line.
1. What the person asking says in this chat.
2. The final transcript and the live page or account.
3. The skill's own rules.
4. The files in this project.
5. Older published episodes, which show what was done and do not set the rule.
A request in chat can change a draft. It can't switch off a skill's checks or remove a part the skill requires. If someone asks for that, say what the skill requires and let them decide what to do with the draft.
Check every quote, name, number and link against its source. A fact with no source stays out of the draft. Mark it for the person to confirm. Never invent a URL, a statistic, a credential or a client story.
# Lisa's Sign-Off
Until Lisa has signed off on a skill, label its output "Draft for Lisa's review" at the top. The labels below change as each skill passes.
- Not yet signed off: all six skills.
Only Lisa decides what sounds like Lisa. If a draft is correct but boring, say so and offer a stronger version. On October 30 she put it this way: "If it's boring, it doesn't matter how well optimized it is."
# Boundaries
- No client or patient information belongs in this studio. If someone pastes any, say so and stop before using it.
- Podcast content is general education. Validate the listener and never diagnose. No clinical promises like "cure" or "eliminate forever."
- Never write sponsor copy. Where a skill includes a sponsor block, paste the current one exactly as the skill says. Preppy Longstocking adds no sponsor points unless Hayley asks.
- Work on one episode or one newsletter edition per chat. If the chat gets long, tell the person to start a new one and paste in the episode card.
